Day Tickets

Day tickets include access to the Welcome Reception at Royal Courts of Justice on Sunday, 22 February 2015.


Group tickets

Multiple registrations from one organisation, submitted at the same time prior to the event, will receive a 50% discount off the full Delegate fee (subject to the relevant fee deadline date) for the 5th and subsequent registrations.  For group ticket booking please email or telephone +44 (0)1202 640312


Guest Places

Guest places may be available to attend the evening networking events. To receive further information, please indicate your interest on the registration form. Guests must not be a member of the legal profession.


Registration fees include:

  • Welcome reception on the evening of Sunday 22 February 2015 (not included in the daily registration fee)
  • Attendance at the conference sessions
  • Access to any available speakers’ presentations
  • Networking events
  • Buffet lunch and refreshments on Monday 23, Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 February 2015
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Once registered, you will receive confirmation of your registration and payment, followed by regular email updates detailing the latest news from the Global Law Summit.


Cancellation and substitution of a registration


Cancellations received in writing by 30 January 2015 will receive a refund of the registration fees paid, less an administration fee of £100 plus VAT. Refunds will be made via the payment method they were originally sent. No refunds will be made after this date. Name substitutions may be made in writing at any time, without charge.



The working language of the Summit is English.



For security reasons, your name badge must be worn at all times during the conference sessions and networking receptions and will be your pass for access to these events. Please note that access for guests within the QEII Centre will be limited to the registration area on the ground floor. Security checks will be in place at all venues and those not wearing a valid conference badge will be asked for proof of identity.


Visas for entry into the UK

Delegates are responsible for making their own visa applications.  For information on UK visa requirements, please visit

Upon registration and payment of the registration fee, confirmation of your attendance at the Global Law Summit will be automatically sent to you.  This can be used to support your visa application.   Please allow sufficient time for the relevant application procedures.  The organisers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas and any request for a refund of registration fees and accommodation deposits paid will be considered under the normal cancellation terms, conditions and deadlines.
